Food and safety is a top priority for Seafood Express L.A. We take pride not only in the quality of products we offer, but in our processing and packaging operations.

Here at Seafood Express L.A. we believe that our role to serve our customers and our community during this time is a critical one. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers now, and always.

Our processing plant is SQF certified, a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certification. 

Measures we have taken in response to CDC guidelines:

  • All on-site employees are screened on a daily bases.
  • Employees whose job can be done off-site are required to do so.
  • We are operating under social distancing guidelines in all of our facilities, ensuring that employees can work efficiently while maintaining the recommended distance.
  • Additional signage has been posted emphasizing hand washing and requesting the sick to stay home.
  • Gloves and masks are required for all employees.
