Upon submission of your order, we will request a pre-authorization from your credit card company to allow for weight fluctuations of the fillets. However, we do not actually charge you until the weights of your order have been calculated and your order has been put together. The cost on your delivery invoice reflects your actual cost based on the weights in your order.
