We source our seafood directly from local fisherman and premium producers from around the world. This includes British Columbia, Norway, Scotland, Spain, Greece, Japan, among others. They come straight from our sources into the hands of our seafood experts in our local facility to get cleaned, dressed, packed, and ready for you.

Our website features an estimated price for full fillets. Because everything purchased from us is fresh, from our market, and cut for you upon your order, the actual weights of your fillet will differ from our website’s first estimate.
Upon submission of your order, we will request a pre-authorization from your credit card company to allow for weight fluctuations. However, we do not actually charge you until the weights of your order have been calculated and your order has been put together. The cost on your delivery invoice reflects your actual cost based on the weights in your order.
Your order is delivered by hand by one of seafood delivery drivers so the items get to you in its most optimal condition. Once it is on route, you will receive an email.
Our protective and insulated packaging will keep your order fresh for the duration of delivery. However, please arrange for someone to receive the order when it arrives. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, refrigerate items immediately to maintain freshness.
Your order is hand selected by our seafood specialists, cleaned, and carefully wrapped in wax paper and plastic. Your seafood is then packaged in an insulated box with ice to ensure that it stays fresh during the duration of delivery.
We charge $12 for delivery.
You can place an order for delivery everyday. We make deliveries Monday - Saturday. Orders placed before 7pm will arrive the next day. Orders placed after 7pm will arrive in two days. Orders placed on Friday after 7pm will be delivered the following Monday.

Our delivery spans over a 30 mile radius from our facility in Downtown, Los Angeles.

If your order arrives damaged or if you have any other issues with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please be sure to save all boxes and packing materials and keep the product refrigerated, if appropriate. DO NOT send your order back to us. Our customer service team will work with you to get any issues resolved. Photos will be helpful in resolving any order issues.
