Mahi Mahi is a lean, mild, and versatile white fish.  It is delicious when baked, grilled, sautéed, and popular for fish tacos. Often compared to the flavor of Swordfish, Mahi Mahi is fairly firm with large, moist flakes when cooked. Great choice for a grill fish and pairs well with salsa.
